Once you have enough Butter, tap on the Scan button to find new illnesses and unlock new rooms.
Sardines.
Spend 1 Sardines to upgrade your recruitment drive scale.
Upgrading scale will increase the number of applications you receive.
Recruitment.
Please note that recruitment drives only last for 30 minutes.
Once the drive has ended, all potential recruits will leave.
Doctor.
After Starting a recruitment drive, select a doctor of your choice and hire them.
Leaderboard.
Unlock more treatments to increase your leaderboard ranking.
Satisfaction Rating.
Improve all rooms satisfaction rating to increase leaderboard ranking.
Improve satisfaction via room upgrades.
Recruitment.
A larger the scale of your recruitment drive means more doctors will apply!
