Football Strike Tip #1: League.
The league runs over 14 days with 13 matchdays where each team per match day typically will play one home match and one away match.
The last day of the season (day 14) is not a matchday, but on this day you can catch up and play all the matches which has not been kicked off yet. After day 14 the seasons ends. In total up to 26 matches are played before the league ends.

#1 wins the title, a league trophy and a cash prize
Top 4 qualifies to play Champions League in the following season
Top 7 promotes to a higher league
#13+14 relegates to a lower league

All managers start at league level 1. When promoted you advance to league level 2 and so on.

If matches has not been kicked off the league will end with these matches as unplayed. So some clubs might have fewer matches than 26 played when the league ends. So make sure you always play all your matches before the season ends.

Football Strike Tip #2: Tournament Cup.
The cup is a knockout tournament where you are matched up with 512 other managers from your country.

The cup starts on day 4 (Thursday) in the season and ends with the final being played on Day 12 (Friday).

There are 9 rounds in total.

Each run only the winner will proceed to the next round. If a match ends in a draw after 90 minutes, then winner will be found by player extra time (2x15 mins) and if a winner still isn't found a penalty shoot out will decide who goes through to the next round.

In the cup only the home team can kick off the match. If the home team does not start the match before midnight CET (GMT +1), the matches are started automatically to find a winner who will progress to the next round.

Football Strike Tip #3: Champion's League.
Champions League is a knockout tournament where you are matched up with 32 top managers who finished top 4 last season.

The Champions League starts on day 3 (Wednesday) in the season and ends with the final being played on Day 13 (Saturday).

The Champions League starts with a group stage. From day 3 to day 6 in the season you play 6 matches against three opponents you have been matched in a group with.
The first three days in the group stage you play one home and one away match. The home matches can be kicked off instantly, while you have to wait for your opponent to kick off the away matches. If you opponent does not kick off your away match before midnight CET (GMT +1) you can also kick off the matches yourself.
Day 6 in the season has no matches but servers as a catch up day where all managers can play their matches if not played yet.
The top 2 in each group will advance to the knockout stage.

On day 7 (Sunday) in the season the knockout stage starts.

In the knockout stage you play a home match and an away match against the team you have been drawn against over 2 days. The best team over the two matches will proceed to the next round.

If the two matches have ended with the exact same result, the winner will be found by player extra time (2x15 mins) and if a winner still isn't found a penalty shoot out will decide who goes through to the next round.

If the aggregate score is even but results are different (e.g. 2-0 and 1-3 = 3-3 in total). The winner is found by looking at with team has scored most goals in their away match.

If matches are unplayed after the 2nd leg match day, the matches are started automatically to find a winner who will progress to the next round.
